What are cookies?
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, how we use them, the types of cookies we use, the information we collect through cookies and how it's used, and how you can manage your cookie settings.
Cookies are small text files used to store small pieces of information. They are saved on your device when a website loads in your browser. Cookies help ensure that a website functions properly, improve security, provide a better user experience, and analyze performance to identify what's working and where improvements are needed.
How do we use cookies?
Like most online services, our website uses both first-party and third-party cookies. We do not display advertising on our own website. Instead, we use cookies to keep the site working (for example, to keep you signed in and remember your cart), to understand how visitors use the site, and to measure whether our advertising on Meta and Google leads to registrations or purchases (known as conversion tracking).
Some cookies are set directly by us, while others are set by our analytics and advertising partners, Google and Meta. Non-essential cookies — analytics and advertising — are set only after you accept them through our cookie banner, and you can change or withdraw that choice at any time.
Types of cookies we use
Necessary
Necessary cookies are required to enable the basic features of this site, such as keeping you signed in and remembering your cart. They are always active and cannot be switched off.
- \_\_Host-A (13 months) — A single encrypted, server-set, HttpOnly cookie used to run core site features. It maintains your signed-in session and shopping cart, and remembers applied discount and gift codes. It cannot be read by client-side scripts.
- \_\_Host-sid (30 days) — A session cookie containing a random identifier used to maintain your browsing session. It cannot be read by client-side scripts.
- cookieyes-consent (1 year) — Set by our consent management tool (CookieYes) to remember your cookie preferences so we don't ask again on every visit.
Analytics
Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the website — for example, the number of visitors, where they come from, and which pages they view. These are set only with your consent.
- \_ga (2 years) — Set by Google Analytics 4 to assign each visitor a randomly generated client ID, used to distinguish unique users and measure site usage. Duration resets on each visit.
- \_ga\_9T2TWLD7YQ (2 years) — Set by Google Analytics 4 to persist session state for our GA4 property. Duration resets on each visit.
Advertising
Advertising cookies are set by Google and Meta to measure the performance of our advertising — for example, to attribute a registration or purchase to an ad you clicked. Google and Meta may also use them to build advertising audiences and serve you relevant ads on their platforms. We do not display ads on our own website, and these cookies are set only with your consent.
- \_fbp (90 days) — Set by the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to identify your browser, used to measure advertising effectiveness and attribute conversions to Meta campaigns.
- \_fbc (90 days) — Set by the Meta Pixel to store the click identifier (fbclid) from a Meta ad, used to attribute a registration or purchase to a specific ad click.
- \_gcl\_aw (90 days) — Set by Google Ads to store a click identifier (gclid) when you arrive from a Google ad, used to attribute conversions to Google Ads campaigns.
- \_gcl\_dc (90 days) — Set by Google's advertising platform (formerly DoubleClick) to store a click identifier used for cross-site ad measurement. Like \_fbp, this cookie may also be used by Google to build remarketing audiences and serve you relevant ads across the broader Google advertising network.
Manage cookie preferences
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by selecting Cookie Settings on our website (or the cookie icon in the corner of the page). This reopens the consent banner so you can update your preferences or withdraw consent immediately.
Please note that withdrawing consent stops non-essential cookies from being set going forward, but does not delete data that has already been collected and transmitted to third parties such as Google and Meta. To request deletion of data held by those third parties, please refer to the Google Privacy Policy and Meta Privacy Policy directly.
If your browser or a browser extension is configured to send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we will automatically treat that as a valid opt-out of advertising and analytics cookies — you do not need to interact with our cookie banner for this to take effect. You can learn more about GPC and how to enable it at globalprivacycontrol.org.
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Below are the help pages for major browsers:
If you use a different browser, please refer to its official support documentation.
