Birthsmarter is proud to offer classes in the Hudson Valley, with Pam Skop, a Certified Birthsmarter Educator. Pam offers classes at the Birthsmarter office at 4 St. John St, in Red Hook, New York.

Pam completed the comprehensive Birthsmarter Teacher Training and Certification Program in 2024. Pam is a licensed mental health counselor, yoga therapist, and the owner of EveryBody Psychotherapy. Her clinical work includes perinatal mental health and eating disorder treatment, supporting families across the full spectrum of transition. Pam is deeply committed to mind-body integration, emotional resilience, and compassionate, nonjudgmental care during the tender early parenting years.
