Lindsay completed the comprehensive Birthsmarter Teacher Training and Certification Program in 2025. She is a long-time birth and postpartum doula, a Birthing From Within Childbirth Educator, a Certified Yoga Teacher, a Sound Healing Practitioner, and a trauma-informed professional. A Utah native, Lindsay brings grounded wisdom, fierce compassion, and years of experience supporting families through pregnancy and postpartum.
